If you are coming in to maintain a higher level of health, the adjustment should feel good. If you are in pain and have an injury, everything hurts. Because everything hurts the adjustment can be slightly sore. It is up to the Chiropractor to know which areas to adjust that day to make it as pleasant as possible.
