There are lots of people releasing videos only for workouts.  Many of these workouts are very intense.  Many people can not do these workouts with out many trips to the chiropractor.  Also doing intense workouts at home without a certified trainer, can also lead to injury from improper form.

So during this time with the COVID-19 Dr Berven and Coach Justin from Movement Fitness have provided us with a low force easy work out ideas.  Remember the old Chiropractic saying that “sitting to your spine is that same as sugar to your teeth”.  Coach Justin and Dr Berven will demonstrate several easy moves that will increase your heart rate and get you moving.  If you have any questions just let us know, we are here to help.
