Having a ball. Today on Friday Favorite we will discuss an exercise ball. The exercise ball is great to use for stretches and holding your chiropractic adjustments. When you are pregnant some of the stretchings become more challenging. Because of this using an exercise ball can make up the difference. We would suggest getting a ball and bringing it to your next chiropractic appointment. Since everyone is different, your chiropractor will teach you stretches for you.
